Human OS is a platform for Developmental Transactional Analysis (TA) practitioners and professionals engaged in workplace coaching. We offer:

3. Free Resources
Human OS provides complimentary content including but not limited to podcasts, articles, and access to the Circle of Insight monthly online meet up. These resources are made available at no cost and are intended for informational and developmental purposes.
Human OS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free resource at any time without prior notice.
4. Paid Coaching Programmes and Services
4.1 Enrolment and Payment
Access to paid coaching programmes and services is subject to successful registration and receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are displayed on the website and are subject to change.
Payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Human OS uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store your financial information.
4.2 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the point of purchase for each specific programme or service. In the absence of specific terms, the following applies:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the commencement of a programme may be eligible for a full or partial refund at Human OS's discretion

Cancellations made within 7 days of commencement will not be eligible for a refund

Human OS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme, in which case participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
4.3 Programme Delivery
Coaching programmes and services may be delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format. Details of delivery mode will be communicated prior to enrolment. Human OS is not liable for technical issues arising on the participant's end that affect their ability to access online sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Human OS website, including but not limited to text, articles, podcast material, graphics, logos, and programme materials, is the intellectual property of Human OS or its content creators and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of Human OS.
6. User Conduct
By using the Human OS website and attending any events or programmes, you agree to:
